Registration: One-day, two-day, and invitation-only VIP passes are available, with discounted registration for eligible PhD students and accepted authors. Conference dinner tickets are sold separately.

All ticket prices include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Registration cancellations requested within 14 days of purchase and at least 30 days before the conference begins are eligible for a full refund, excluding non-refundable booking and payment processing fees. Cancellations requested more than 14 days after purchase or fewer than 30 days before the conference begins are non-refundable. If the conference is cancelled, postponed by more than six months, or relocated outside the United Kingdom, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fees.
