Join Laura for this gentle, guided creative journalling and writing session designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and explore the stories living beneath the surface of everyday life. Each session offers a supportive, inclusive space where you will be invited to:

Arrive and settle through a short grounding or reflective practice.

Be guided by thoughtfully curated prompts that encourage self-reflection, curiosity, and creative expression.

Explore writing in a way that feels natural to you—through journalling, free writing, poetry, lists, or fragments.

Write without pressure, judgement, or expectation of sharing.

Share reflections or excerpts only if you wish, within a respectful and confidential circle.

The focus is not on craft, grammar, or performance. Instead, the emphasis is on expression, presence, and personal meaning—allowing your inner voice to emerge in its own time and rhythm.

No writing experience is needed. You are encouraged to come exactly as you are and write in the way that feels most authentic to you.
We ask all participants to engage with respect, care, and confidentiality.

You’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself, with new insights, words, or questions to carry into your life beyond the page.
