Everyone's a Stranger
Sun Nov 12, 2023 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST
28th Street Theatre (TADA), 15 W. 28th Street, 10001
Description
Joanna, an engaging, complex woman of 50, journeys towards self-love and understanding her mother. Mom was in a mental institution, which Joanna called “the nervous hospital” to make her father laugh. Being funny was Joanna’s calling card. That had a price. So did her attachment to Dad. She evolves.

Spark Theatre Festival NYC - Fall 2023
October 30, 2023 - November 19, 2023
All performances at the 28th Street Theater (aka TADA!)
The Emerging Artists Theatre (EAT) returns with their one-of-a-kind Spark Theatre Festival NYC, allowing artists of different disciplines to present one performance of a polished "work-in-progress" with audience feedback. Visit the theater any evening during this three-week event, and you'll find yourself transported in a number of surprising ways: by a single performer embodying a whole host of characters; by a more experimental theater piece "done differently" that challenges and delights; by a cozy two-person show exploring relationships; or perhaps by a bouncy new musical that will have you humming. Emerging Artists has always been about new works, new talents, new voices. That's never been more evident than now.
NO REFUNDS will be granted.
