In The Regret, the ancient art of Chinese classical dance meets the pulsating rhythms of modern techno, crafting a narrative that transcends time and culture. This dance piece is a vivid exploration of the emotional landscapes we navigate in our relationships, where the languages of love often become mediums through which we express, yet also conceal, our true selves. Through the fluidity of traditional dance and the relentless tempo of techno, the performance captures the turmoil of giving oneself entirely to others and the transformative realization of one's neglect of self-love and care.
