2nd Annual Bam-Boo Tournament

The 2nd Annual Bam-Boo Tournament is back!

Join us for a day of American Mahjong that's as social as it is competitive. This tournament is built to be a good time no matter your level of play, so whether you're a seasoned tournament player or you've only ever played around your own kitchen table, you'll find a welcoming seat at the table.

How it works

• Three rounds, three games each
• Cash prize for 1st place, plus additional prizes and raffle drawings throughout the day
• A light lunch is provided
• Bring your 2026 NMJL card

Registrants will receive an email with the complete schedule and tournament rules the week of the event, so you'll know exactly what to expect before you walk in.

And a happy bonus: the venue offers over 70 wines and a wall of beers available for purchase, so you can make a full afternoon of it.

Grab your card, bring a friend, and come play with us.

Festive Halloween attire is encouraged (but not required).  Don't have anything to wear?  Get an official Bam-Boo Tournament Tshirt on our website!
