What is Sparrow Solutions?

Sparrow Solutions provides training, development and mentoring services to both in house and outsourced paraplanning and financial planning teams.


Sparrow Solutions was set up by Caroline Stuart to give busy financial planning and paraplanning businesses external support options for training their teams - something that can sometimes get put on the back burner even in the most organised and successful of businesses! 

Who runs Sparrow Solutions?

Caroline is an Accredited Paraplanner and Chartered Member of CISI and has worked in financial services for 24 years, more than 20 of which have been in financial planning and paraplanning. She has many years' experience working in high quality financial planning firms, ranging across large, medium and smaller organisations, giving her wide experience of different working practices and processes.  For the last four and half years, she has been running her outsourced paraplanning business, Sparrow Paraplanning.

Caroline has also spent many years training both paraplanners and financial planners, she has been involved with the Paraplanners' Assembly since this began, hosting two of the national Assemblies, as well as a number of smaller and regional events.

She was also a member of the Personal Finance Society Board of Directors for five and a half years, becoming the first ever paraplanner President of the PFS. In addition, Caroline chaired the PFS Paraplanner Panel for nearly six years, helping to improve the support for paraplanner members, organising paraplanner events, and hosting a number of Purely Paraplanning Roadshows.
