SPATIAL AUDIO GATHERING 2026 (IN PERSON TICKETS)

Spatial Audio Gathering is back with a 2026 edition sponsored by the British Electroacoustic Network, SEAMUS, and Sounding Future, running from the 31st March – 1st April 2026 at Leeds Beckett University!

The Spatial Audio Gathering is a meeting point – a gathering – for those interested in spatial audio, sound art, and electroacoustic music. Through a programme of concerts, talks, posters, and audiovisual screenings, the conference serves as a space for diverse voices of enjoyers, practitioners, and theoreticians alike around a central topic, generating meaningful discussion, debate, and new ideas in the field of spatial audio.

Hosted in the Leeds Beckett School of Arts, the conference will take place between the ambisonics black box theatre, and cinema room.

NOTE FOR PRESENTERS/PERFORMERS, registration must be completed by the 7th March at the latest. If you purchase a ticket after this date you will be registering as a general attendee - your work will not be programmed.

SAG 2026 attendees will be required to register to the event and pay a £20 conference fee. This will grant access to all the sessions (presentations, keynotes, concerts) and refreshments. The fee applies to both the general public attending the conference (non-presenting) and to selected authors. For each selected submission, at least one author must register by the deadline (see "important dates" section). For selected authors, the fee is one-time, meaning that multiple submissions will be covered by one registration.
