Reiki is one of the most powerful and versatile healing tools you will ever learn. And Level I is where everything begins.

This is the day you receive your attunement, open your personal connection to the Reiki energy, and walk away with a healing practice you can use immediately and for the rest of your life. Whether you come for your own healing and wellbeing, to support the people you love, or because you feel drawn to energy work and want to understand why, this is the right place to start.

By the end of the day you will be able to place your hands on yourself and channel Reiki. You will understand how it works, what to expect as your practice develops, and how to work with the 21 day cleansing process that follows your attunement and where much of the real shift begins.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

This day is for anyone drawn to Reiki, whether for personal healing, spiritual development, supporting others or adding an energetic dimension to an existing therapeutic practice. No prior experience is needed. If you feel called to begin, this is your starting point.

THINKING ABOUT LEVEL II AS WELL?

If you already know you want to progress to Level II and become a qualified Reiki Practitioner, booking both levels together saves you £50. Pay £400 for both instead of £450 and choose your Level II date whenever you are ready. Just get in touch to arrange the package before booking.

Registration from 9.45am. Workshop runs 10am to 4pm.
