The Psilocybin Timeline: where we are, where we're going, and how we get there. With Timmy Davis.

Sat 17 Oct 2026 12:00 - 13:30 Ark Cliftonville, CT9 2HP

The Psilocybin Access Rights (PAR) campaign has developed below and between the grassroots, sprawling across the UK, fruiting and spreading its spores at parties, conferences and music festivals in an attempt to reach the hearts and minds of those politicians who could implement changes to facilitate research into psychedelic medicines and prescription access for those suffering mental health difficulties. This talk will introduce the campaign and how it has been inspired by the mushrooms themselves. You can expect to learn about the history of efforts to change the law in the UK and abroad, what the future of psychedelic-assisted therapy in the UK might look like and how you can get involved in making it happen.

Please note: This event is included in Festival Passes

(Breaking Convention, 2025).

He is currently writing a book titled The Interpretation of Psychedelic Experience, exploring how psychedelics work by destabilising established interpretative frameworks, and the clinical and political consequences that follow. www.timmydavis.co.uk
