Preventing Sexual Harassment Training - For Business Owners and Managers

Most workplace harassment issues don’t start with obvious misconduct. They start with awkward moments, unclear boundaries, jokes that land badly — and people not knowing how to respond in the moment.

As you may be aware, over the course of this year the law around the prevention of sexual harassment is getting ever more tight. Organisations, by October, will have to show they have done everything they can to prevent sexual harassment to protect their staff and the most effective way is to train them.

That’s why we’ve developed a new practical training programme on preventing sexual harassment, designed to help line managers and business owners prepare for this.

This programme helps participants to:

  1. Understand the law and their role.
  2. Recognise Patterns and third party risks.
  3. Prevent sexual harassment with the right risk assessments, policies and communication tools.
  4. Respond confidently and appropriately in real-world situations
  5. Confidently train and support teams in line with employment legislation and EHRC 8 steps.

Who it’s for:
Managers, team leaders, small business owners and those responsible for HR.

What makes this training different:

  1. Realistic scenarios based on modern workplaces
  2. Practical language people can actually use
  3. A safe, non-judgemental environment for discussion
  4. You will save time and start to create your templates and documents on the day.
