Join us for an interactive Gin Experience where you’ll become the distiller and create your very own bespoke bottle of gin from start to finish.

Enjoy great gin, delicious food and plenty of fun along the way.

LET’S GET THE PARTY STARTED

Your host will welcome you with a double Signature Gin and mixer before introducing you to the art of gin making.

You’ll then be given your own working still for two and guided through the distillation process. With a choice of over 30 botanicals, you can experiment with different flavours and create a gin that’s completely unique to you.

Whether you like it citrusy, floral, fruity, spicy or classic and juniper-led, the recipe is yours to create.

DRINK, CREATE & ENJOY

While your gin is distilling, there’s plenty more to enjoy.

You’ll sample another gin from our Jubilee range, accompanied by the food board included with your chosen session:

4:30pm – Mezze Sharing Board
A delicious selection to enjoy during your gin-making experience.

7:30pm – Dessert Sharing Board
A selection of sweet treats created by our Chef and his team to complement your evening.

YOU’VE CREATED YOUR OWN GIN!

While your botanicals work their magic, it’s time to give your creation an identity.

Create your own label, choose a name for your gin and get ready to bottle your finished creation.

Once your still has done its work, we’ll finish the experience by putting your skills to the test as you shake and make your own cocktail.

And the best bit?

Each Gin Experience for Two includes one 70cl bottle of your very own gin to take home.

MAKE A REAL NIGHT OF IT

Don’t forget, restaurant bookings are available before or after your chosen Gin Experience, so why not join us for dinner and make a real night of it?

And there’s no need to rush home! Add Bed & Breakfast for just £80 per couple and turn your Gin Experience into the perfect overnight escape.

Our session times are 4:30pm and 7:30pm. However, if you are booking for more than one couple, your preferred session time may not always be available.

To guarantee your preferred time, please call us on 01254 458325 before purchasing your tickets to confirm availability.

We strongly recommend doing this if your preferred time is important to your plans, particularly if you are also making a restaurant or overnight booking.

Tickets are non-refundable.
