Spring Magazine and CLIFF Present: 10th Anniversary Screening of Pride at Innis Town Hall

Join Spring Magazine and the Canadian Labour International Film Festival for this special Pride Month-screening of the award-winning 2014 film, Pride! 

Pride tells the inspiring true story of Lesbians & Gays Support the Miners (LGSM), a queer solidarity campaign in England that built support for miners and their families in South Wales during the Great Miners’ Strike of 1984-85. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Miners’ Strike, and the 10th anniversary of the release of the film.

This event will include a virtual Q&A with Mike Jackson, a founding member of LGSM as well as a reception following the film.
