TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All ticket sales are final. No cancellations, exchanges, or modifications are permitted. Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially canceled.
2. In the event of cancellation or postponement, will refund only the base ticket price. Transaction, processing, convenience, and service fees are non-refundable.
3. Event schedules, performers, venue details, and program are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
4. Venue policies apply. The organizers and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund for unsafe, illegal, abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior, or for failure to comply with venue rules or staff instructions.
5. All attendees and their belongings may be subject to security screening upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.
6. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, fireworks, drones, laser pointers, professional recording equipment (unless authorized), and any item deemed unsafe by the organizers or venue.
7. Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their child's safety and behavior throughout the event.
8. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to dancing, crowd movement, loud music, lighting effects, weather conditions (if applicable), and interactions with other attendees.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, attendees release and hold harmless SSMH, the event organizers, sponsors, venue owners, performers, volunteers, contractors, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from attendance or participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Attendees participate in Garba, Dandiya, and all event activities at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, accident, illness, or medical emergency occurring during the event, except as required by applicable law.
11. Attendees are responsible for their own medical needs and expenses. In the event of a medical emergency, the organizers may arrange emergency assistance but assume no responsibility for any resulting medical costs.
12. Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers, sponsors, and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, including vehicles or items left in parking areas.
13. Parking is at the attendee's own risk. The organizers and venue are not responsible for vehicle theft, damage, towing, or parking violations.
14. The organizers shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, power failures, or other force majeure events.
15. Photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event may include attendees and may be used by the organizers for promotional, advertising, marketing, and future event purposes without compensation. By attending, attendees grant the organizers permission to use such images and recordings.
16. Personal photography and video recording for private, non-commercial use are permitted unless otherwise restricted. Commercial photography, videography, livestreaming, or recording of performances requires prior written approval from the organizers.
17. Attendees must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, venue policies, and instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.
18. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSMH, the organizers, sponsors, venue, volunteers, contractors, performers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the attendee's actions, negligence, misconduct, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of applicable laws.
19. The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version shall apply to all attendees.
