BAYEUX TAPESTRY VISIT

Stafford Arts Society is offering an opportunity to visit the British Museum's Bayeux Tapestry exhibition on Tuesday 9th March.

This will be one of our "Bite Size" visits and you will need to make your own way to the museum. We have been allotted 30 tickets and the time slots are 3pm/3.10pm and 3.20pm. You will need to arrive some time before this to pass through security and the inevitable queues. The suggestion is about 45 minutes...of course you may want to spend time at the Museum before entering the exhibition.

Trains from Stafford to London Euston are frequent and easy to book and you can easily travel to the Museum via Tube or Bus. Tottenham Court Road on the Northern Line from Euston will be the easiest way and then it is a short 10 minute walk. 

TICKETS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO STAFFORD ARTS SOCIETY MEMBERS AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS SOMEONE TO TAKE YOUR PLACE. IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET YOURSELF TO THE MUSEUM AT YOUR ALLOTTED TIME; NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MISSED VISITS.
