Annie tells the story of an optimistic orphan, Annie, who endures life in a cruel orphanage in 1930s New York City.She is adopted by billionaire Oliver Warbucks, and while staying with him, they embark on a quest to find her long-lost parents, a plan complicated by Miss Hannigan and her brother Rooster, who attempt to claim Annie and win a reward. Ultimately, Annie finds a new family with Warbucks and his staff, and the villains are exposed and arrested
