This practical and inspiring training session is designed to equip educators with the tools and strategies needed to plan engaging, effective lesson plans and schemes of work that are grounded in the Stagecoach Educational Framework.
Together, we’ll explore the formula for a successful lesson structure—starting with impactful lesson starters, setting clear and purposeful learning outcomes, and building activities that bring the Educational Framework to life. We’ll also highlight the importance of meaningful plenaries and ongoing reflection to ensure learner progression week by week.
Through a blend of hands-on activities, shared examples, and professional dialogue, this session will leave you with a refreshed approach to planning and delivery—balancing creativity, structure, and intentionality in every lesson.

Rob Anderson - Global Teacher Training & Development Manager
Rob Anderson is our Global Teacher Training and Development Manager who has 14 years experience teaching in Stagecoach Schools. He trained as a dancer at London Studio Centre gaining a BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance, and at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama achieving an MA in Classical Acting. Rob has taught GCSE Dance, GCSE Drama and GCSE Expressive Arts, Ballet, Tap, Modern and Contemporary at a London Stage School, and UAL Level 3 Performing and Production Arts and UAL Level 4 Professional Diploma in Performance at a Further Education College. He recently graduated Rose Bruford College achieving a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education: Theatre and Performing Arts.
