This Level 2 training session is designed to energise and inspire Early Stages teachers with a fresh bank of repertoire, themes, and creative techniques that captivate young learners and bring lessons to life.
In this practical and playful session, we’ll explore how to select and shape engaging material across singing, dancing, and drama that supports skill development while igniting imagination. You’ll discover how to build termly content around exciting themes, how to adapt materials to suit the needs of different learners, and how to link everything back to the Stagecoach Educational Framework in a meaningful way.
We’ll also dive into strategies for using repertoire to boost confidence, communication, and creativity, and explore how to deliver content in ways that maintain focus, encourage participation, and support early-stage skill-building. From lively warm-ups to magical mini-productions, this session is full of adaptable ideas to suit every Early Stages class.
With opportunities to share good practice, try new approaches, and reflect on what works in the classroom, you’ll leave with renewed confidence, creativity, and a toolkit of exciting ideas ready to implement straight away.

Charlotte started classes in singing, dancing and acting from the age of 3 and continued her training at Stagecoach East Kilbride. Over the past 5 years, she has taught at various different Stagecoach schools across the UK, teaching Early Stages and Main Stages Drama, Dance and Singing. Being a previous Stagecoach student herself, Charlotte knows the importance of a supportive school and so she aim’s to nurture talent and confidence in her students while striving to create a comfortable and fun environment for them to grow. Charlotte is thrilled to be a part of the Stagecoach teacher training family !
