Level 3: Further Stages Masterclass with... [UK Time Zone] 606010

Thu 8 Oct 2026 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM BST Online, Zoom

This advanced training is designed for experienced Further Stages teachers ready to evolve their practice and lead with greater creative, pedagogical, and artistic impact.

Building on the foundations of Level 2, this session dives deeper into purposeful repertoire curation, advanced performance direction, and student-led creation. You'll explore how to design term-long journeys that push artistic boundaries while fostering independence, resilience, and ensemble ownership.

Focus areas include devising with intent, directing complex texts and interdisciplinary pieces, and guiding students through layered rehearsal processes that integrate technique, storytelling, and emotional intelligence. You’ll also explore advanced musicality, choreography, and voice work, aligned with the Stagecoach Educational Framework.

Discover how to mentor young performers with professionalism, develop meaningful feedback loops, and embed reflective practice. We'll also cover strategies for long-term progression planning, differentiated challenge, and curating performance outcomes that are both ambitious and authentic.

This collaborative session is ideal for teachers leading Show Terms, mentoring teams, or shaping the culture of their Further Stages. Leave with the tools, mindset, and confidence to lead transformative creative experiences.

Important Advisory on Course Levels

Please note: The term "level" as used in our teacher training courses refers solely to Stagecoach's internal framework of professional development. It is designed to indicate progression within our own three-tier training structure and should not be interpreted as representing a formal qualification level. These internal levels are not equivalent to primary qualifications and do not correspond to any nationally recognised attainment levels as defined by Ofqual or any other awarding body. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this distinction.
