Stainsby Festival 2025

We offer free personal assistant tickets. You are automatically eligible for this scheme if you can supply one of the following:

• Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate required)
• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)
• Evidence you are registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

If you would like to book a free personal assistant ticket, please book the rest of your tickets as normal through Ticket Tailor. Then, when you have your booking reference number, please send us an email with your booking reference number included and the name of the person you'd like to bring. We will then keep a ticket available for them at the box office that you can collect on arrival.

We recognise that the evidence above might not include everyone that has an access requirement. If you do not have any of the above evidence but wish to talk to us about free personal assistance tickets, email us on info@stainsbyfestival.org.uk

REFUNDS

Please note that we do not offer refunds  tickets bought on or after the 1st June.
