Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing

The Lord Chamberlain’s Men's  22nd annual visit to Stanley Hall will be on Sunday 4th July '27.

They will be performing the brilliant comedy Much Ado About Nothing, the one where scheming villains briefly trick Count Claudio into rejecting his bride, Hero, and their friends trick two bickering, sworn singles—Benedick and Beatrice—into falling in love. See it performed how William Shakespeare first saw it, with an all male cast and Elizabethan costumes, music and dance.

As always, the grounds will be open from 12:30 onwards for picnic lunches. Bring your chairs and a picnic and prepare to be rapt and transported. Book early to avoid missing out!
