Dance of Universal Peace

The Dances of Universal Peace will resume at the Starhouse Deeper Dance on Saturday, March 9th at 6:30 p.m. 

The songs and chants that we dance to from the world's great wisdom traditions are taught before each dance along with the movements. No partners or experience is required. 

At the March 9th dance, we will dance a set in memory and tribute to David Tresemer, the founder of the Starhouse, who passed after a struggle with cancer on February 12th. 

Live music and candlelight set the stage for a night of celebration and contemplation. Timothy Dobson of the Starhouse Minister's Circle has led this form of sacred circle for the past 33 years when the Starhouse first opened its doors. 

"May the circle be open, yet unbroken." 

Tickets in advance $20, or $25 at the door.
