Resurrection and Renewal Dance

Sunrise Easter Sunday, April 20th MDT
Please arrive by 5:45 am for 6:15 sunrise

A cross cultural celebration of Spring and rebirth. Dancing out of doors on the grounds just south of the Starhouse.

Help celebrate the 36th anniversary of this event. Wear good shoes and layered warm clothing. Please carpool from the foot of the canyon if possible (Mt. Sanitas trailhead area) 

The event is free and open to anyone.

Refreshments to follow. Two times in the last 36 years, due to weather we have retreated into the Starhouse and danced indoors. Please plan your travels to be on the dance grounds by 5:45 a.m. The sun waits for no one. The Starhouse drive is 3.5 miles west of 4th and Mapleton, about a 10 minute drive up Sunshine Canyon. 

Bracing, Refreshing, Inspiring, somewhat Daring! If you suspect a cancellation due to severe weather, please check the StarHouse website.

There will be some logistical help needed, so if some people can arrive closer to six, that would be appreciated.

Location: The outdoor dance grounds due south of the Starhouse

Please carpool if possible. (The Mt Sanitas trailhead parking lot at the foot of the canyon might serve as a good meeting spot.)

This has always been a FREE offering, and donations are gratefully accepted toward refreshments and musician travel expenses.
