Celebrate and Honor the Solar Eclipse

With a Star Poem from David Tresemer

Facilitated by Eve Belovei and Lila Tresemer

Even when a solar eclipse cannot be seen from where we stand, it can still be deeply experienced. Throughout history, eclipses have been regarded as sacred thresholds—times when the ordinary rhythm of life pauses, inviting us to listen more deeply to the movements of our own soul.

Many traditions hold that the energetic influence of a solar eclipse continues to unfold for as long as six weeks, making this gathering a beautiful opportunity to consciously receive and work with its gifts. As the Sun is symbolically veiled, we are invited to turn inward, release what has run its course, and open ourselves to renewed alignment with our deepest purpose and the greater rhythms of the cosmos.

Together at the StarHouse, we will work with David Tresemer's Star Poem, written for this day, allowing its imagery and wisdom to guide our contemplation and experience. Through meditation, reflection, and shared practice, we will explore what it means to awaken and generate the solar light from within—a light that is never eclipsed.

Join us as we honor this celestial moment and set an intention for the six-week journey that follows, discovering what is ready to emerge from the quiet and be carried forward into the coming season.
