Michael and Jahna, partners in life and sound, are deeply honored and grateful to return to StarHouse - a sacred sanctuary of conscious connection, transformation, and renewal - to once again share their immersive mindful sound journey in collaboration with this extraordinary community. Within the living geometry of StarHouse, sound, silence, and presence come together to create a space for deep listening, inner discovery, and the unfolding of what is ready to emerge.
As the wisp of summer continues to fade and we move more deeply into autumn’s embrace, this gathering invites us to turn inward - to welcome a little more quiet, a little more spaciousness and room, to then allow ourselves to hear what is quietly arising within. In this stillness, we may begin to notice the waves, or perhaps gentle nudges, of inspiration, desire and possibilities that can be bubbling just beneath the busyness of everyday life.
Deep sound healing and mindfulness will be offered - both ancient and time-tested practices that gently guide us to become more curious and open about our inner landscape while being supported to be with what ever arises. As our bodies and minds experience the transformational power of sound and mindfulness we enhance the ability to listen more closely and to begin to uncover what may be yearning for attention, nourishment, and space to grow.
Within the Sacred Geometry of StarHouse, Michael and Jahna weave this rich tapestry with the playing of ancient Himalayan singing bowls (300–600 years old), sacred toning, gongs, flute, handpan, Koshi bells and mindfulness. The immersive soundscape creates a measurable field for deep rest, nourishment, inner listening, and embodied presence.
Together, we will honor this seasonal movement inward. One that will lay a foundation for deep and steady rooting, nourishing ourselves from the inside out, and finding the center that can hold us through the changing seasons. As we ground and settle, we create the conditions for what is waiting to be born, allowing new ideas, intentions, and possibilities to take root in their own time.
Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel deeply comfortable. Mats and pillows will also be available in the space. We invite you to arrive a little early, allowing yourself time to settle into the sanctuary before we begin.
