Once a month, we invite the community to a one-hour session to discuss a theme related to having better conversations in organisations. These sessions are free of charge and part of our giving back to the community.

Gamification of Alignment, Behaviour & Connection
✨ What
Words we use in everyday conversations feel clear, yet each of us fills them with our own assumptions, norms, and lived experiences. Respect, for example, can look entirely different from one person to the next. In this interactive workshop inspired by the game show ‘The Price is Right’ and the game ‘Three Strikes’, you'll explore how meaning is created, interpreted, and sometimes misunderstood, revealing what sits inside our system.
🌟 Why
We often assume we're speaking the same language when we are speaking to each other, and we're not always aligned on what that language looks like. These invisible differences shape expectations, behaviours, and relationships. By joining this gamified exploration, you'll uncover how behaviours shift between individuals, teams, systems, and cultures, revealing patterns in how you interpret and respond to key concepts in conversation.
💡 Container Begrippen
Container Begrippen is a Dutch term that roughly translates as 'container concepts' that influence how we communicate and collaborate. When people unpack these containers together, they reduce misunderstandings, strengthen alignment, and create more grounded conversations. This workshop blends ideas from Clean Language, Liberating Structures, and game-based exploration to help you understand how we align our behaviours and interactions to our words.
🛠️ How
In this session, you'll:
• Explore your personal meaning behind key container concepts
• Compare interpretations to reveal shared and divergent perspectives
• Reflect on how meaning differences shape behaviours and communication
By the end, you'll have hands-on experience with making meaning visible, insight into how container concepts influence behaviours, and practical tools to create clearer, more human connections.
Share your ideas
We invite you to share your challenges, we can use them as themes for future sessions. We will bring our knowledge, experience, and understanding to the session and invite everyone to do the same. That way, you'll find out how you'll have better conversations and have an opportunity to practise your skills.
Themes can touch the basic training modules: state, assumptions, context, listening with curiosity, and feedback, or they can be independent of them, introducing new aspects or skills for better conversations.
Technical setup
We use Zoom for our online sessions. For best performance, we suggest installing or updating the Zoom desktop application or app on your device to the latest version available. Our sessions are usually very interactive, so having a (private) place where you can freely talk and stay unmuted most or all of the time would be best.
Stay informed
We will send out an email 24 hours and one hour before the sessions to those who have signed up here. If you want to be on our mailing list, please indicate during sign-up or provide your details on our signup page:
