In this session of the Sip'n Learn series, Dida will discuss why 2 of the top 3 reasons Start Ups fail involve Operations. What are they and why you need to pay attention to them from day one.

Businesses go through changes, transitions, and a lot of turbulence as they grow. This turbulence impacts operations and can be very difficult if they haven’t been implementing and developing internal systems. Dida will address best practices, and avoiding the common SNAFUs, in operations and bookkeeping for early startups and small business as they look to grow.

About Dida

Dida Clifton is the award winning founder of TheOfficeSquad®. She served 6 years in the Air Force where she met and married her husband of 35 years. While traveling in support of his Fighter Pilot career, she raised two daughters and opened her own small business to help others with theirs.

She has over 32 years of experience in business operations and bookkeeping. For the last 20 years, Dida has dedicated herself and her company to the support of small business. Dida has volunteered her time as past treasurer of the Las Vegas Chapter of SCORE, the Urban Chamber of Commerce, and numerous others. She is currently founding board member and treasurer for the USAF Aggressor Association. Her unique business model became a franchise this year so that others can help change the way we grow small business in America; only faster, better and smarter than she did.
