This presentation will cover how you can use this tool to explore your value proposition, customers, partners, and infrastructure. Participants can expect to complete the first draft of their business model as part of this workshop.

Cara O'Hare is the Incubator and Accelerator Operations Manager for StartUpNV. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than seven years of experience working with startups and new entrepreneurs as they articulate their business model design and define their customer segments. Cara specializes in early-stage company development from various industries, accessing non-dilutive capital, project management, and business model design.
