House of Dogstar presents MYTHOS MANCHESTER, the new Northern powerhouse event for film, television, culture and commerce

A carefully curated gathering for the film, TV and creative industries

Mythos Manchester is an exciting new event bringing together producers, financiers, creatives and cultural thinkers working across film and television.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore how stories are being financed, developed and brought into the world - and how the industry is shifting in response to culture, technology and power. The focus is on brilliant stories - with an emphasis on local and regional - real conversation and funding opportunities that can bring projects to life.

Mythos is designed as a gathering: a space to listen, think, and connect with people actively shaping the future of film and television.

The event brings together:

Every Mythos Manchester ticket includes an opportunity to apply for 12-month founding membership to House of Dogstar - a new private space created to support ongoing connection between producers and finance. House of Dogstar will be introduced at Mythos and opened to attendees following the event.
