In our Keeping Safe Survey Lincolnshire nearly 1 in 4 students reported they had an encounter from a stranger online that made them feel uncomfortable. Students in year 9 & 10 reported experiencing “harmful content” more than five times in the last year, compared to all other secondary year groups. Students report that they are most likely to tell parents when they encounter problems online. The Stay Safe Partnership deliver Online Safety workshops in Primary and Secondary schools across Lincolnshire everyday. In this event we want to give you the most up to date information and tools, so you feel confident that you can keep your young people safe as they explore the online world. Whether you want to know more around age appropriate apps and games, online trends, parental controls, social media or any other burning questions this is the event for you! Sign up is required.
