We’re excited to announce that we are now offering Chair Yoga sessions! 🧘♀️
Chair yoga is a gentle and accessible form of exercise that supports flexibility, strength, and relaxation — all from the comfort of a chair. It’s ideal for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to stay active.
Our experienced instructor will work with each individual, adapting movements to suit personal needs and abilities, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, safe, and supported throughout the session.
