Join us on Wednesday, May 31st at 6:30pm for a delightful evening of Croatian wine expertly paired with a Croatian-inspired four-course dinner menu.
Croatian Premium Wine founder, Mirena Bagur - who was born and raised in the small town of Metkovic - will join us as part of her group's Croatian Food and Wine Stories series. Throughout the evening, you will learn about the history and characteristics of the different wines, as well as their pairing principles. Mirena will guide you through each pairing, providing insight into the grape varieties and winemaking techniques used in the Dubrovnik-Split region of Dalmatia.
