A Little About Me

I’m Steph — a full-time artist and qualified counsellor who rediscovered art after experiencing PTSD. For me, painting became more than creating something beautiful: it was a way to switch off the noise, breathe, and let go. That’s the spirit I bring into my workshops.

I’ll guide you through the flowing, unpredictable magic of alcohol inks — teaching you how to work with them, control them (when they allow it!)

✨ The Workshop

This festive session is all about slowing down and creating something truly personal. 

You’ll paint:

🎨 4 premium glass baubles

• 2 large (8cm)
• 2 small (6cm, 5cm)

Before moving onto the baubles, you’ll warm up on special alcohol ink paper — experimenting with colours, textures, and maybe even painting a snowy little landscape. Alcohol inks have a mind of their own, so instead of coming with a fixed idea, you’ll learn to let go, play, and be surprised by what unfolds.

Once you’re confident, you’ll move onto your keepsakes, each tied with your choice of luxury velvet or chiffon ribbons for that perfect finishing touch.

Add names or dates to make them extra personal: a heartfelt gift, or a treasure to hang on your own tree year after year.

Your baubles will be wrapped in tissue paper for protection, and a paper gift bag included  to carry them home safely (we don’t want any heartbreak before they reach the tree).

N.B.

We’ll be working with isopropyl alcohol, which produces strong fumes. The room will be ventilated, but please note this workshop is not suitable for pregnant women or for children unless supervised by an adult.
