The Power of Potential Gala Awards 2026 is a black-tie celebration of young people aged 11–18, and the mentors, teachers, youth workers and community champions who help them thrive. Hosted by the Steve Browne Foundation, this inaugural evening brings together young people, families, educators, businesses, charities and community leaders for one unforgettable night of celebration, inspiration and impact.
The evening includes a black-tie reception, three-course dinner, awards programme and live entertainment, celebrating outstanding young people across six award categories: Rising Star, Community Champion, Resilience, Leadership, Creative Excellence, and Future Pathways.
Every ticket purchased helps the Steve Browne Foundation continue investing in programmes that support young people through mentoring, education, employability, wellbeing and opportunity.
