🎨 Calling All Aspiring Artists! 🎨
We are thrilled to unveil our Spring Watercolor Club, a fantastic opportunity for youth to dive into the enchanting world of watercolor. Generously sponsored by the Dixie Watercolor Society, the St. George Children's Museum, and the Miner Foundation, this free club is designed to introduce young artists to the magical qualities of watercolor, offering a creative space for both beginners and returning students to explore and refine their skills.
🖌️ What to Expect:
- Participants will embark on a creative journey led by award-winning artist Jim Hewlitt, whose masterpieces grace galleries throughout Southern Utah.
- Beginners will explore essential watercolor techniques such as transparency, reflections, and color layering.
- Returning students will have the chance to hone existing skills and discover new ones.
- Each session promises hands-on painting experiences and valuable insights shared by local artists.
🏅 Grand Finale Exhibition:
- As a grand finale, the young artists' creations will be showcased at Gallery 35 in downtown St. George, with a special show and reception scheduled for December 7, 2024.

📚 Club Sections:
- Beginner (5:00 p.m.): Perfect for first-time attendees (Ages 10-15).
- Intermediate (6:30 p.m.): Designed for returning students or those ready to elevate their skills (Ages 10-15).
