Mindfulness
I’d like to introduce you to mindfulness - not as a discipline, but as a companion.
Mindfulness is simply the practice of noticing. Noticing that you are here, that you are breathing, that this moment, however quiet or full is already enough to begin with.
If you are new to mindfulness, you don’t need to know what it is before you start. You only need a little curiosity and a willingness to pause.
In my teaching, we begin with meditation, a dedicated moment of stillness that asks nothing of you except your presence. From there, mindfulness starts to find its way into the ordinary: a conscious breath, a pause before you react, a quiet noticing of what is already here. The formal and the everyday become less separate. One begins to inform the other.
How you carry it forward is entirely your own.
When we work together, I will meet you exactly where you are. No experience necessary. Just you, as you are.
