Spend creative Saturday making colourful lino prints. You will explore with colour, layering, and creative techniques to produce a series of vibrant, one-of-a-kind prints to take home.
Jigsaw linocut is a wonderful technique to create multicolour prints from just one piece of lino. After carving your design, the lino is cut into separate pieces, then inked in different colours and printed as a while like a jigsaw puzzle.
In this workshop, you will be encouraged to experiment with colour combinations, layering and explore how jigsaw printing can be combined with reduction techniques for even more dynamic results
