About the Facilitator

With a background working across the human services, mental health, and disability sectors, Jasmine Stocks is passionate about supporting individuals to enhance their wellbeing through creative and accessible practices.

Holding a Bachelor of Psychological Science and committed to ongoing professional development, Jasmine combines evidence-informed approaches with creative expression to help participants build self-awareness, resilience, and self-regulation skills.

Through a warm, inclusive, and supportive facilitation style, Jasmine creates a safe space where participants can explore mindfulness, creativity, and self-care. Their workshops focus on practical techniques that can be easily incorporated into everyday life, empowering people to use art as a tool for relaxation, reflection, and emotional wellbeing.
