About the Facilitator
Nicola Smith is a qualified Dru Yoga and Meditation Teacher with additional training in Breath Coaching and Yoga Nidra. Passionate about supporting wellbeing through mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation, through her business True Equanimity Yoga Nicola creates inclusive and nurturing spaces where participants can reconnect with themselves and cultivate greater balance in their daily lives.
Drawing on the holistic principles of Dru Yoga, meditation practices, breathwork techniques, and guided Yoga Nidra, Nicola's workshops are accessible to people of all ages and experience levels. Her gentle, supportive approach encourages participants to reduce stress, enhance resilience, and develop practical tools for improving physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Nicola is a proud member of Yoga Australia and is committed to ongoing professional development and maintaining high standards of yoga teaching and practice.
