About the Facilitators:

Julie MacDougal and Pam Vercoe are the Term 3 Artists in Residence at Stirling Street Arts Centre. Both passionate and experienced artists, they bring a wealth of creative knowledge, practical skills, and a love of experimentation to their teaching.

With diverse artistic backgrounds and a shared enthusiasm for mixed media and acrylic painting, Julie and Pam encourage participants to explore new techniques, develop confidence, and discover their own creative voice. Their supportive, hands on approach makes learning accessible and enjoyable for artists of all skill levels.

Through their residency, Julie and Pam are excited to share innovative ways of creating texture, depth, and visual interest, inspiring others to push beyond the brush and discover new possibilities in their artistic practice.
