Winter White Wet Felted Vase

Sat 31 Oct 2026 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Newton Abbot Racecourse, TQ12 3AF

In this class with Alice, you will learn the basics of wet felting, as well as learning how to use a resist to make a 3D object. We will be making a nicely shaped, small white vase with a curved opening. There is some flexibility in the workshop that will allow you to mould the vase in a way that you like to make the vase personal to you. There will also be a selection of speciality fibers available which you can use to add some finishing touches to your piece. The vase looks stunning on its own as an ornament, or it also looks sweet with some dried flowers in it or with fresh flowesr in a waterproof vessel inside. Any previous knowledge of wet felting and working with wool is advantageous, but not necessary.
