We will also examine the landscape of mental healthcare from the hospital's foundation and further on.

🔹 Br. Finnian – A special talk on the creation of the hospital and the early vision behind the St John of God order establishing a hospital in Ireland.
🔹 Dr. Rebecca Watterson – Exploring the hospital’s foundation and the mental health landscape of the time.
🔹 Dr. Eamonn Gardiner – Discussing the emotional impacts of the Anglo-Irish War and the evolution of mental health care from the Great Famine onward.
