FlutiNESS was formed in 2024 by Musical Director, Liz Wilshaw; and includes players from the wider Inverness and North Highland areas. Meeting every six weeks or so to rehearse, the group has built an eclectic repertoire of contemporary and older music from around the world, featuring piccolo, concert, alto and bass flutes with bassoon for added depth. FlutiNESS aims to blend arrangements of well known classics with original compositions for flute ensemble and the programme for 4th October includes modern takes on traditional Scottish, Irish and American tunes, sparkling contemporary Japanese "Jewels" and flute arrangements of much loved works by Mozart and Debussy.

We look forward to welcoming you!
