40th Anniversary York Minster Thanksgiving Service

This year marks the 40^th anniversary of St Leonard’s Hospice, and to celebrate this milestone, we would be delighted if you could join us for a special Thanksgiving Service at York Minster at 7.30pm on Thursday 15 May 2025. Please note that all guests would need to be seated by 7.15pm. 

The service will give thanks for the work of the Hospice and for the incredible support of our local community, to include special readings, music and stories from staff, supporters, patients and families. 

Over the past four decades we’ve had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients, helping them navigate life with a life-limiting illness and offering compassionate support to them and their families. This care would not be possible without the support of people like you.

We hope you can join us in marking this special occasion celebrating 40 years of hospice care in our community.
