Hundreds of bourbons and whiskey available for purchase by the pour in addition to wine, (Access from outside order window only on back side of building)  Liquor and Beer being sampled throughout the venue can also be pre-purchased and picked up the following week at Frankie Martins Garden. (Subject to Availability of Product) Ordering list will be available day of.

CHECK OUT THE VENUE:

Named in honor of late Cottleville resident Frank J. Martin, the Food Truck Garden sits on a 2.74-acre site and will feature sprawling pavilions, a live music stage, pickleball courts, a large 26’ LED Wall, food truck staging, a large beer pavilion, and an impressive whiskey and wine bar housed in Martin’s preserved former residence.

The Frankie Martin house provides an intimate 770 square feet of bar space which will be home to the whiskey and wine bar. The menu will feature a selection of over 230 whiskeys from around the world and a large portfolio of fine wine. The Garden area will showcase a 2,400 square foot open-air beer pavilion featuring the best craft breweries in the country.

Public Parking

- Free Public Parking is ONLY allowed at Francis Howell Central High School 5199 Highway N Cottleville, MO. There will be 2 free shuttles running from Francis Howell Central High School to Frankie Martin's Garden 10am-5pm continuously.

- Guests with disabilities can be dropped off at the entrance to Frankie Martin Gardens.

- Parking anywhere else for this event will subject vehicles to ticketing or towing at vehicle owners expense.

Feed the People Campaign. $2 from every ticket purchased will go towards Steve's Hot Dogs #FeedthePeople program. Steve Ewing of Steve's Hot Dogs generously devotes his personal time and resources to make sure no one goes without a meal that can't afford one. Together with the St Louis Bourbon Society our goal is to raise $5,000 for this critical St. Louis program.

Not only will $2 from each ticket go towards this campaign but anyone can become a Steve's Hot Dogs subscriber and help support the effort every month like the SLBS does. Where is the check in area? Check In Tent will be at 5372 St. Charles St.  Cottleville, MO 63304.

Where is parking available?  Free Public Parking is ONLY allowed at Francis Howell Central High School 5199 Highway N Cottleville, MO. Is there a designated driver ticket available? Yes and it will be strictly enforced. Any designated driver in possession of alcohol will be asked to leave the event. DD ticket includes access to the event space, access to live music and performers, soft drinks and water.

Is there T-shirts available? Limited Edition Bourbon and Brews Festival T Shirts are available for pre-purchase at checkout. Quantities are limited, order yours now before they are gone. Pickup June 15th 2024 at the SLBS Merchandise tent during the event.

What happens if it rains? This is a rain or shine event, no exchanges or refunds. There are a few covered areas in case of rain but guests should be prepared with proper clothing and umbrellas if the weather turns wet or cold.

Will there be drinking water available?  Yes!  Every guest will be allowed two complimentary bottles of drinking water.  There will also be drinking water coolers throughout the event.  Guests are allowed to bring in their own water too if desired.

Can I buy the spirits and beer I sample at the event?  Yes!  There will be an extensive selection of spirits and beer for sale at a discount, not all that you taste will be available.  Order forms will be available throughout the venue, orders can be placed at the Frankie Martin's Garden Merchandise tent.  Orders will be processed the following Monday, guests will be emailed or called to let them know when their order will be ready for pickup at FMG.  Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to arrive to FMG.

The following items are ALLOWED:

• Cameras
• Water bottles and hydration packs, plastic or aluminum water bottles
• Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers
• Personal-sized hand sanitizer
• Folding camp chairs and blankets

The following items are PROHIBITED:

• Coolers of any kind
• Glass containers of any kind
• Backpacks, large purses
• Drones or any other remote flying devices
• Illegal and illicit substances of any kind
• Outside food or beverage, including alcohol, of any kind
• Pets (Service Dogs are allowed)
• Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts, or any personal motorized vehicles
• Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
• Unauthorized or unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
• Weapons or explosives of any kind, including fireworks

AGREEMENT:
By purchasing this ticket, you agree that any vendor reserves the right to refuse samples for any reason including over intoxication. Ticket holders will be refused access to the event if they arrive intoxicated. Event staff and security reserves the right to remove any ticket holder for unprofessional behavior, unsafe actions, intoxication or any reason they deem necessary. This is an over 21 adult event, ticket holders will be expected to drink in moderation and hydrate often.
