One For The Road Presents: Finding Home

A weekend-long creative takeover exploring the meaning of home through art, music, writing, wellness and community.

Finding Home is a weekend-long creative takeover curated by One For The Road in partnership with St Margaret's House.

Across three days, artists, writers, musicians, comedians and creatives of all kinds will come
together to explore the idea of home in all its forms. As a place, a memory, a feeling, and the
people we find along the way.

Throughout the weekend, St Margaret's House will be transformed into a living creative space
featuring an art installation, live performances, workshops, conversations and opportunities to create alongside others. Whether you're looking to meet new collaborators, discover emerging artists, develop your own creative practice or simply spend time in a welcoming and inspiring environment, 'Finding Home' offers a place to gather, connect and make something together.

The programme includes a poetry and jazz jam session, an evening of comedy and original
music, a creative swap shop, open gallery spaces, wellness experiences and creative
workshops, alongside opportunities to meet fellow artists and audiences throughout the
weekend.

At its heart, 'Finding Home' is an invitation to slow down, share ideas and celebrate the
communities that creativity can build. For one weekend, we are opening the doors and creating a home for anyone curious, creative or looking for connection

One For The Road - One For The Road is a creative collective building a home for
London's emerging creative community. Through theatre, film, music, writing and cultural
events, we bring people together to make work, share ideas and form lasting creative
connections. We believe the best things happen when ambitious, curious people gather in the
same room, and our mission is to create spaces where creativity, collaboration and community can thrive.

Venue: The Chapel at St Margaret’s House, 21 Old Ford Road — E2 9PL

Access: We are working to make our Grade II listed building more accessible, but it will take some time. Please note that entry to the Chapel is not step-free.
