The Archbishop will celebrate the annual Chrism Mass on Friday the 24th July at 10am, together with the Deans. Everyone is welcome to attend, but please note that it is necessary to reserve a seat beforehand.
Contact Tracing and Data Protection
St Mary's Cathedral and St Andrew's, Ravelston are required to keep a record of all who attend Mass. Upon arrival, we will therefore ask you to provide your name and phone number. Providing this information is voluntary, but highly encouraged. Please note that no one will be refused entrance to Mass for not providing their contact details. This information will be kept in the Parish Office for 21 days, and will be shared with the Scottish Government’s contact tracers upon their request.
In order to speed up the entrance for Mass, we ask you to provide this information at the time of booking.
In order for us to be able to send you an order confirmation, we will also ask for your email address. We will only use this information to send you essential updates and information about the Mass you have reserved a seat for.
Face Masks and Physical Distancing
Please note that it will continue to be mandatory for everyone over the age of 5 to wear face masks in our churches. Physical Distancing of 2 meters must be observed between households at all times.
