Book your Summer Splash Session at our newly refurbished school pool!

Thanks to your incredible fundraising efforts, we now have a fantastic pool that’s a unique and valuable asset. By booking a session at the pool, you’re not only having fun but continuing to support St Mary’s and our children's education.

To keep our pool in top condition, we need everyone to follow a few simple rules. This helps ensure we can continue to enjoy this wonderful facility for many years to come.

Key Information

Availability

- Sessions are available as various slots on Monday and Wednesday.

- Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis for St. Mary’s families.

Price:

- £35 per one-hour session

- This price is made up of two parts: 

• £20 pool hire with a maximum of 20 people in the pool. This price includes a pool supervisor to answer any queries while the pool is new.
• £15 for a lifeguard. The lifeguard will be provided by the Friends of St. Mary's. As the PTA is made up of volunteers, it would be too hard to monitor the inbox, check certification etc. during the holidays. Providing lifeguards in advance ensures that we know every session will be compliant with our risk assessment and that they're sufficiently qualified. The phone number of your lifeguard will be on your confirmation email if you need to contact them directly.

Supervision:

- A responsible adult (18+) must supervise children at the poolside at all times, in addition to the lifeguard.

- The ratio of swimming children to adults is 10:1, not including the lifeguard.

- Non-swimmers and weak swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the pool.

Site Rules:

- No food allowed on-site.

- Only drinks in water bottles are permitted.

Fair Usage Policy:

- We want to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our beautiful outdoor pool in the summer holidays. As such we ask that each family books just one session in advance.

- However, is a session is available the day before then you can book it and have another go!

If You Can’t Attend:

- We ask that you cancel your hire the day before, to allow others the chance to book. Use 'Manage Ticket' on the booking page.

- If you're unable to attend after this time, please email SwimmingAtStMarys@gmail.com, to let the lifeguard know that you will not be attending.

General:

- No refunds unless the session is cancelled by The Friends of St. Mary's.

- Read and agree to our Pool Information, Procedures, and T&C's before booking.
