The market is located in the front lawn (in front of white gazebo) of the Stockwell Community church located at 6941 Church St, Stockwell, IN. If you have a trailer, please message me for location

The cost to set up at the market is $5 dollars. I require online registration and online payments so I can get a better idea of how many vendors to expect. Thank you for understanding. 

Setup: 

• You can begin setup at 7 am
• I will be there at 7 am in a red golf cart (Sunshine) to help guide new vendors
• I have no size restrictions on your booth; feel free to use multiple tables and set up near a friend. 
• Please face the sidewalks, as many customers use sidewalks and have strollers. The event ends promptly at noon. 
• Most vendors offer some form of digital payment along with cash
• Some vendors use canopies, and some do not-totally up to you!
• Follow our Stockwell Farmers Market Facebook page for weather updates. I will post on the Facebook page and try to text everyone if there is a rainout, but we will not reschedule.
• The market does not provide anything and has no setup help
• Please unload and move your vehicle to street or church parking lot, no vehicles at your booth.

Demonstrations: If you are skilled in the area of something that relates to our theme- for example, Plant Market day, and you are good at repotting or have plant growing tips, etc., please let me know, and we can arrange a time and area for you to share your skillset with others! Seeking Demonstrators for:

• Plant Day: repotting, seed starting, and avid gardners that would be willing to be plant diagnostic helpers if visitors bring a plant in needing help.
• Homesteaders Day: chair caning, tips on home canning, home chicken care, etc
• Flower/Fruit Day: flower arranging, flower care for home planting, etc.
