Enjoy an evening of Gilbert & Sullivan in the Great Hall at Stokesay Court.

The Grosvenor Light Opera Company is an amateur operatic society based in central London, specialising in Gilbert and Sullivan. The Society was founded in 1949 and performs at least one fully-staged G&S production every year, accompanied by a professional orchestra. Their current London home is the Bridewell Theatre but they are also regular performers at the International G&S Festival in Buxton or Harrogate. (where members have been nominated for or won several awards). Five of their principal singers will be coming to Stokesay, including two performers who have been in the entire G&S canon and one who has appeared on stage with former stars of the D’Oyly Carte Opera Company!

Tickets £22 including a glass of wine or soft drink on arrival, profits to benefit St Michael's & All Angels, Onibury, and The John Masefield Society. Refreshments will be available to purchase during the interval.
