There will be opportunities to explore thoughts, experiences and perspectives through writing and sharing.

No previous writing experience is needed.

Outcomes

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore how creative writing can support empathy, reflection and emotional wellbeing
  • Engage in guided writing activities that encourage imagination, insight and self-expression
  • Discover how reflective and creative practice can strengthen connection and understanding in personal or professional contexts

These workshops are ideal for healthcare professionals and students, educators, social workers, community practitioners and anyone interested in exploring the potential of creative writing to enrich their practice and perspective.

Bookings will close 24 hours before an event. For late booking enquiries or questions about this series, please contact empathy@le.ac.uk.
